Delivery within the USA

Ready-to-ship orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces require 10 to 14 business days of production before shipping, followed by the standard delivery window. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Delivery details are displayed on the product page, in your bag, and at checkout. Any shipping charges for a live store will be disclosed before you place an order; delivery is included only in this simulated preview.

Returns & refunds

Return or refund requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, email support@novarafashion.store with your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Please wait for instructions before sending an item back. No return address is published here.

Custom orders are final sale

Made-to-order and custom pieces are created for your measurements and are final sale. Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. Contact us if a custom item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact customer care within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review your request.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been reviewed. Your payment provider's processing time may vary.
