All styles are offered in XS–4XL. Refer to the size guide in inches and each dress’s fabric and fit notes. If you are between sizes or need extra guidance, contact hello@novarafashion.store.
When will my order arrive?
Ready-to-ship orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Made-to-order pieces take 10–14 business days to make before shipping. Custom orders are final sale.
What is your return policy?
Request a return or refund within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags. Custom orders are final sale. Contact support@novarafashion.store before sending anything back.
Can I order a dress made to my measurements?
Eligible dresses show a Made to Order option. Enter bust, waist, hips, and height in inches. Production takes 10–14 business days before shipping, and custom orders are final sale.
Which payment methods are available?
Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay are shown. The merchant/payee is Sara Nova. This preview simulates every payment and never collects, stores, or transmits card data.
How should I care for my dress?
Follow the care label on your garment. Gentle cold washing and air drying suit many casual fabrics; structured evening pieces may require professional cleaning. See the product care notes.
